Faith Transitions
Other terms used: faith crisis, religious trauma, leaving a church, religious harm, deconstruction and recovery, questioning or exploring beliefs. You get to choose how you’d like to define it.
Your faith transition will be unique, but you are not alone. I’ve found people navigate this transition in a variety of ways- for some it’s more of a grief process, for some they desire support in processing traumas. For many, it’s a big life change. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as a guide as you navigate tuning into your intuitive knowledge.
Perinatal Mental Health
Perinatal- the period from conception to a year (or two) after birth
Becoming a parent is a major life transition for many, some even theorize that it’s a third developmental period of individuation (the first being our toddler years and the second being our teen years). With the physical demands of this transition, there are also significant mental and emotional demands on new parents. I enjoy working with new parents as they navigate this life transition.
“The body is our greatest ally in the healing process, as it holds the wisdom and resources necessary for healing.”
— Peter Levine
